YAH is an eco-conscious resort in development on forty hectares of cork oak parkland near Santiago do Cacém in the Alentejo, Portugal. Designed by JDSA, it combines thirty-seven keys, sixteen private villas for sale, a restaurant supplied by the estate's own farm, a studio and pavilions for retreats and masterclasses, and a place for awareness at its centre. Construction is planned to start in 2027, with opening in 2029. YAH is a project of G6 Agency AG, Baar, Switzerland, founded by Daria Savitskaya and Martin Wyss.
