Thirty-seven keys
Two ways to stay.
YAH offers thirty-seven tourist keys in total. Twenty-one bungalows, called resort units in the project dossier, are retained and operated by YAH. Sixteen private villas belong to their owners, who may choose to place them in the resort's rental programme.

Private villas
Larger homes in limestone, lime plaster, timber and linen, with private pools that look onto meadow and hills. Available to guests when their owners take part in the rental programme.

An open pavilion for breakfast, the long table, talks and rainy-day gatherings. Glass on all sides, cork oaks on all sides.

Before you ask
The practical part.
Not yet. Booking opens once construction is far enough along to promise dates. Registered guests are told first and nobody is asked to pay before terms, minimum stays and cancellation conditions are confirmed in writing.
YAH lies inland in the municipality of Santiago do Cacém, in the Alentejo Litoral, roughly an hour and a half south of Lisbon by car. Exact directions and transfer options are shared with registered guests.
The buildings are single storey and low to the ground by design. Detailed accessibility information for paths, terraces and bungalows will be published as construction finishes, not before.
Yes. Families, friends and retreat groups can take several bungalows or villas together, and the whole estate can be booked for a retreat, a ceremony or a celebration. Write to us with dates and numbers.
