Who is responsible
The data controller for this website is G6 Agency AG, Baar, Switzerland, the company developing the YAH project at Santiago do Cacém, Alentejo Litoral, Portugal. For any question about your personal data, write to the address shown on the contact page.
What we collect
The forms on this site (register your interest, request investor access, contact) ask for your name, email address and, optionally, your phone number, country, organisation and a message. You choose what to write. We do not collect anything you did not type.
Why and for how long
We use these details to reply to your enquiry, to share the information you asked for (for example the residence dossier or investor data room access) and to tell you, rarely, when something you registered for becomes available, such as opening dates. We keep your details for as long as your enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we delete them on request.
Where it goes
Depending on how the site is configured, a form either sends your message to our form service or opens your own email client with the message pre-filled, in which case nothing is sent until you press send yourself. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the services needed to receive and answer your message.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics scripts. Your browser may store small technical preferences that never leave your device.
External services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and, for some pages, photography from the Unsplash image service. When your browser fetches these files, those providers receive your IP address as part of the request. Nothing else about you is sent to them.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to us and we will act on it promptly. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) for G6 Agency AG, or the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
