Owners live at YAH on their own terms: as a family retreat, a working base, a place to gather friends or a home for a season. When the villa is empty, it can earn its keep through the rental pool. Or it can simply wait for you.
The villas
A home in the same architecture.
Low, quiet, and yours.
Each villa sits between mature cork oaks. A single low storey under a wide timber roof, local stone, lime plaster and timber outside; limestone, linen and clay inside. Shaded terraces, deep openings and large windows that frame the trees and the dry landscape.
The pool looks onto meadow and inland hills. Never onto anything that pretends to be the sea.

The villa is yours. Sixteen homes in total, each with its own plot within the forty-hectare estate.
Private use
Come whenever you like, for as long as you like. Your home is not a hotel room with a lock-out calendar.
Optional rental pool
When you are away, you may place your villa in the resort's rental programme, managed by the YAH operator. Participation is voluntary.
The whole place
Owners have access to the wider resort: food, wellbeing, pool, retreats, masterclasses and the YAH community.

Questions
Good to know.
Yes. The sixteen villas are offered as full ownership. The legal structure is set out in the residence dossier shared with registered parties.
No. Participation in the resort's rental programme is voluntary. Owners who take part place their villa in a pool managed by the YAH operator when they are not using it.
Access to the wider resort experience: food, wellbeing, the pool, retreats, masterclasses and the community that gathers at YAH.
Pricing, plans and the development timeline are shared directly with registered parties as they are confirmed. Register your interest below and we will be in touch.
Two things are already on the table: the municipal approval order for the rural tourism project, issued by the Santiago do Cacém council in January 2024 and referenced on the investment page, and the masterplan study by JDSA, shown on the place. Both documents are available to registered parties.
